Analyzes of the water to be fed into the closed-circuit should be made.

A convenient water treatment system should be selected according to the water analysis and it should be installed before the first fill of water.

On the closed-circuit side, it should be checked whether the installation is done properly according to the design, whether the installation is completed; it must be in the final state before chemical cleaning.

System; necessary modifications should be made in order to be get prepared for chemical cleaning, which means flushing & pickling.

Oil, rust and other pollutants should be removed during circulation with appropriate chemicals.

Flushing & pickling operations should be checked with regular analysis and every moment should be kept under control.

Metal systems should be passivated, and in the final water filling, appropriate boiler chemical should be dosed to the system for water conditioning, which is suitable for water conditions with anti-corrosion and anti-scale "limescale" feature. In other words, water conditioning should be done.
