Today, where the natural resources of the world are running out, water comes to the forefront as a life element of humans. The use of water more than once stands out in water saving. For this reason, greywater systems, which are among the most advanced applications within the wastewater treatment system, stand in a very important place. The water coming from the shower, bath, sink, laundry, and dishwashers in domestic wastes is called grey water. Greywater, which has a much wider usage area than the black water, constitutes exactly 75 percent of domestic wastes. Thus, under the favour of the gray water systems established by Deser Kimya, it is possible to save 40% to 80% of domestic wastewater.

Gray Water Systems and Treatment Process

The greywater system concept, which is one of the most advanced applications of our company, can be applied in any living area desired.
First, substances that create physical pollution in water are purified via greywater bristle filters and other equipment. The water passing through the filter is enriched in oxygen by being subjected to aeration process.  Friendly bacteria in the system degrade the pollutants in the water and ensure its treatment.  These biological treatments are applied to improve water quality. After this process, water is passed through the modules with a transition range of 0.04 Micron with the ultrafiltration system and is subjected to bacteria and pathogen removal. The water treated in MBR modules is then taken into the clean water tank, and together with pH control, disinfection is provided via chlorination. After all these processes, greywater becomes ready for use. In other words, 40 - 80% of the service water is offered for reuse.

Greywater Systems and Usage Areas

 Thanks to the greywater systems that our technical staff, consisting of engineers and technical staff, have established with guarantee, clean water can be used in many places. The produced treated water is preferred in ornamental pools, laundry and dishwashing processes, garden irrigation, car washing companies, cleaning processes, reservoir and cooling tower feeding.  In applications, especially feeding of reservoirs brings practical ease of use.
